RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes something isn't quite right. If that is the case you can inform us within 2 days of receipt of order to the provided address and we'll be happy to exchange your ordered garment, for true/correct/accurate version of chosen product. 

Exchange will only happen in case of 

  • If we have sent a different size than what you have selected while ordering.
  • If the product is damaged.
  • If we have sent a different product than what you have ordered.

 

While initiating exchange & return you will have to share images of the product at ilovepaeony@gmail.com . All exchanges must be authorized by us before you send the goods back. After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 10 working days. 

 

PAEONY holds the right to reject any exchange request in case of:

The products reach the studio after the stipulated time. The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.

We will process your exchange only after we receive the garment that needs to be exchanged. An order against the exchanged product value can be placed within 90 days after which the return request would lapse.
The merchandise should not be worn, washed and must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Once these conditions are met, the exchange shall be processed within 15 working days of the receipt of goods. 

Please note we do not process refunds and we urge you to refer to the garment measurements before placing the order.

Refund 

Refunds will only be given in case you receive damaged products from our end.

 

Taxes and Duties
If the law of the land you live in requires you a duty to be paid, the customer will be liable to pay the same. Duties have to be paid over and above the retail price and cannot be cited as a reason to return/reject the parcel.

 

Faulty or Damaged products

We have done our best to display our items as truthfully as possible on the website. Products at Paeony are made to order and all the products are handcrafted. Please be aware, variations in color, size, thickness, shape and look may occur due to its handmade nature. Measurements may vary up to one inch as clothes are cut and stitched by hand. A slight color variation can occur as the textiles hand-dyed. This shall not qualify as a faulty item.

A customer declaring a product erroneous due to any such reason will not be accepted as Faulty or Damaged until we have received the garment back in our studio and we have checked it.

Faulty or Damaged items are only declared if the textile is torn or the stitches are broken.

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject Faulty or Damaged products you must return them to us and our team will go through them. Paeony holds the right to accept or reject the return after the quality check team goes through the product and finds the results.

Non-refundable charges.

The original shipping charges and taxes and duties paid on receipt are non- refundable. The return shipping charges and custom duties/ taxes are to be borne by the customer.

In any case, if Paeony sends you a Damaged product / wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs stated above. For Faulty products please refer to Faulty or Damaged products for more information.

 

Additional information on return from overseas.

All paperwork and the outside of the return package must be clearly marked as “returned goods- no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges. We are not responsible for custom delays, taxes and duties.  

All items will require a signature upon delivery.

 

BESPOKE ITEMS:

Customized orders cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions related to sizing. We are happy to help.

Paeony reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
