-Yes, We do leave margins. All our products are well finished with 2inc margins .
3. Do you offer alterations after purchase?
-We do offer alterations till 15 days after the purchase.

7. What is your exchange policy?
-We offer size exchanges and credit notes. We do not offer refunds. Please note that size exchanges/returns will not be possible on a discounted product.
8. What if I am unhappy with the fit after purchase?
-we are open for alterations for the same till 15 days and you can also return it for a size exchange if needed.or-else you can get a store credit note which you can use to purchase a different product within 4 months.

-you can cancel the order within 48 hours, after placing the order. After that you can get a credit note from which you can take ample time to purchase your new product at ease.

-We do not offer refunds due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as a completely damaged product or change in design . In that case, we give an exchange / credit note.
11. What is the cost of shipping?
-We offer free shipping pan India. The cost of international shipping depends on the weight of the shipment and the delivery pin code. You will be able to check the shipping cost real time at checkout while placing your order.

-Yes, we ship worldwide. We have customers across the globe.
13. Do you have an express delivery method?
-We do take up early delivery requests from our customers. We would suggest you to check prior before placing your order with us as early deliveries are subject to immediate availability of fabric, production and priority shipping availability to your pin code etc.
14. What is your shipping time?
-Orders are shipped within 15-20 working days and you will receive the goods within 20 days from the date of purchase. In case of international shipping, the time may differ depending on the location.
15. Does the colour fade after washing?
-yes, in the first few wash they might fade as our garments are hand dyed. but the fading will eventually stop once the dye stabilizes.
16. Will the product look the same as the images on the website?
-Yes, we work very hard to ensure the imagery matches the product in reality. What you see will also depend on the gadget at hand and its display settings but we can assure you that the chances of there being a discrepancy is negligible.
17. If the garment gets shrunk post/after washing ?
-While all our fabrics are prewashed and pre-shrunk, a small amount of shrinkage is still possible. We recommend washing with cold water as heat may shrink fabric.

-We work with the best handwoven linen, organic cotton and mul mul.

-You can check the validity of your credit note by adding six months to the date of issue.
20. Can you extend my credit note?
-We do not extend our store credit note beyond its validity but this can be reviewed on a case to case basis, we’ll surely review the same.

A store credit note is a unique code given to you on return of a garment. It’s valued at the base purchase price of the returned product and is valid for six months from the date of issue. You can use the credit note to purchase a different product of your choice from our website.
