Delivery and Returns Policy
Eligible for Exchange:
- If we sent you the wrong size.
- If the product arrived damaged.
- If you received a different product than what you ordered.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide a credit note for future use.
Credit Note Details:
- The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.
- You'll need to email us images of the product at inboxpaeony@gmail.com when initiating an exchange or return.
Exchange Process:
- All exchanges must be authorized by us before returning the goods.
- Please ensure the returned items reach us within 10 working days.
- The cost of any exchange or return is the customer's responsibility.
- We'll process your exchange after receiving the returned item. You can place an order for the exchanged product or request a credit note of equal value.
Exchange Rejection: We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if:
- The products are returned after the stipulated time.
- The items are worn, washed, or lack original tags.
- The return or exchange is not communicated with our team via email or WhatsApp.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Items are considered faulty or damaged if they have:
- Torn textiles or broken stitches.
- Prominent stains or marks.
- Missing or mismatched buttons.
- A slight colour variation can occur due to hand-dyeing and won't be considered a fault.
Bespoke Items:
- Customized orders cannot be returned but can be altered if needed.
- Contact us for sizing assistance.
Shipping Policy:
Pan India:
- Orders are made to order and take 15-20 days for delivery.
- Shipping within India is free of charge.
International Shipping:
- Orders are made to order, and specific shipping times will be communicated after order placement. International orders may take approximately 20-25 days for delivery.
- Shipping charges will be based on the client's country/city.
- Return shipping charges and custom duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility.
International Orders:
- If Paeony sends a damaged product or wrong order, we'll cover the return costs.
- Mark the return package as "returned goods- no commercial value" to avoid extra charges.
- We're not responsible for custom delays, taxes, and duties.
